Privacy policy
In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, Alpha Patrimoine S.A. makes its Privacy Policy available to its clients below.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, any request relating to the processing of personal data can be sent to DataProtection@alpha-patrimoine.eu.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files used to store small pieces of information. They are stored on your device when the website loads in your browser. They help us make the website work properly, make it more secure and understand what needs to be improved.
On /investir, the Meta Pixel may measure a visit for advertising measurement. It may send Meta Platforms the IP address, browser information, page address and advertising identifiers, including through the _fbp cookie. No name, email, phone number, investment amount, financial preference or simulator result is intentionally shared. No callback-request event is sent.
In France, Belgium, Switzerland, regions requiring consent and when the country is unknown, a banner offers acceptance or refusal: the pixel never loads before acceptance. Visits identified in the United States may be measured without a banner, unless refused or blocked by a browser privacy signal. Visits with query parameters or a fragment in their address are not tracked. You can change or withdraw agreement through Cookie settings at the bottom of /investir. Your choice, date, region and notice text are stored in this browser with a visitor identifier; acceptance evidence is preserved after withdrawal. Withdrawal immediately blocks new events and applies across open tabs. For any data request or withdrawal, contact our data protection officer at the address above.
On /google, Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) may, with your agreement, measure the visit and the sending of a meeting request to measure and optimise our Google ads. Google may receive the IP address, browser information, page address, ad click identifier (gclid) and advertising cookies. No name, email, phone number or financial information is shared. In France, Belgium, Switzerland, other regions requiring consent and when the country is unknown, the Google tag only loads after acceptance in the banner. Your choice, date, region and notice text are stored in this browser; you can change or withdraw it through Cookie settings at the bottom of /google. See also: https://business.safety.google/privacy/
